Position Details:
- Salary Range: $220,000 - $260,000 first year (salary + bonus), based on experience. Your second year is a combination of a base salary and a productivity-based bonus
- Practice Environment: Join a well-established, busy practice specializing in 100% outpatient endocrinology
- Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Financial Package: Competitive salary based on experience, productivity-based bonus, comprehensive benefits package, and an eventual partnership opportunity
Technological and Clinical Resources:
- In-house ultrasound machine and procedure room
- User-friendly Athena EHR system
- Klara, a highly accessible texting system for fast patient communication

- Prior Authorization Team to handle the increasing influx of PAs
Location
- Adjacent to Cedar Park Regional Hospital in a recently-built, multi-specialty medical practice complex. Cedar Park, TX is a growing, adjacent town, 20 minutes from downtown Austin, TX.
Professional Development:

REQUIREMENTS
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school and board certification or eligible in Endocrinology
- Valid or in-progress state medical license to practice in Texas

- Prior experience managing a high-volume patient caseload preferred.
